Order Processing

Once an order for available products has been issued, it is not possible to make changes to that order. Orders placed separately will be shipped separately. Nouvague Snc reserves the right to delay a shipment if the order cannot be shipped for reasons beyond Nouvague Snc's control. Please note that there may be delays in shipping during promotions and sales. Nouvague Snc reserves the right to refuse to process an order and / or service at any time.

Pre-orders

By pre-order we mean the orders of those items visible online that are not yet available in our warehouses and whose delivery date is expected in the following months.

The expected delivery date is indicated and confirmed by the suppliers of Nouvague Snc themselves.

Nouvague Snc is not responsible for delays, cancellations or variations of pre-order products or for any changes during production.

Orders with pre-order items, made by credit card, are invoiced the day after receipt of the order, or the first available working day.

For orders of pre-ordered products made by bank transfer, payment must be issued within 48 working hours from the receipt of the order. The invoice is issued on the day the amount is visible on our checking account

The country of the shipping address entered for pre-orders cannot be changed later.

Shipping methods

Nouvague Snc ships all over the world through BRT (Bartolini) and / or Nexive Services Srl In compliance with the international laws of commerce in force, the shipped goods are accompanied by an official invoice declaring the total value of the goods purchased in the same currency as the original purchase. . In addition, the invoice indicates the value of each individual item purchased.

1. Available goods

Orders for available goods, subject to confirmation of the availability of the items and verification of the bank transaction, are shipped within 4 working days after receiving the order.

The amount of transactions made by credit card and PayPal is charged at the time of processing the order.

In the case of orders made by bank transfer, the shipment is entrusted to the courier when the payment is confirmed and deposited in the current account of Nouvague Snc.

Customers are informed that delays in shipments may occur during promotions and sales.

2. Pre-Order Goods

The shipment of orders with pre-order items is carried out when the goods are available in stock.

Orders with pre-order items, made by credit card and PayPal, are invoiced the day after receipt of the order, or the first available working day, although the shipment of the same is processed later.

For orders of pre-ordered products made by bank transfer, payment must be issued within 48 hours of receiving the order.

The availability date indicated online reflects the delivery window indicated by the suppliers.

Nouvague Snc is not responsible for delays, cancellations or variations of pre-order products or for any changes during production.

In the event of non-delivery of an item purchased in pre-order, the customer will be promptly informed and refunded.

As for orders with both available and pre-ordered goods, the customer will receive the order in two stages:

- the available goods will be shipped within two weeks of receiving the order;

- the pre-order goods will be shipped as soon as they are available in the warehouse.

Please note that it is illegal on the invoice to declare values lower than the amount actually paid by the customer or to declare goods as GIFTS, therefore requests from customers relating to these activities will not be accepted.

Delivery time

Nouvague Snc processes orders in Turin, Italy, from Monday to Friday. Orders are processed the day after the order date, or the first available business day. Orders placed from Friday to Sunday will be processed the following Monday.

Nouvague Snc ships worldwide through BRT (Bartolini) and / or Nexive Services Srl Nouvague Snc cannot be held responsible for delays in shipments caused by weather conditions, customs controls or other circumstances beyond the control of Nouvague Snc

Delivery for shipments to Italy is expected within 4 working days.

Delivery for shipments to the European Union is expected within 6 working days.

Delivery for shipments to all countries outside the European Union is expected within 8 working days.

Shipping fees

Below are the shipping costs expected for each geographical area.

Please note that in the event that, for any reason, a package is not collected by the customer, the shipping costs and any customs duties related to the automatic return of BRT (Bartolini) and / or Nexive Services Srl to the sender Nouvague Snc are deducted / withheld from the refund due.

SHIPPING COSTS: € 6 - € 9 (Islands).

EUROPEAN COUNTRIES:

SHIPPING COSTS: From € 12 to € 18.

The prices shown on the website for Great Britain are inclusive of VAT and customs duties. The goods will be delivered at no additional cost.

The prices shown on the website for Switzerland are inclusive of VAT and customs duties. The goods will be delivered at no additional cost.

UNITED STATES OF AMERICA:

The prices shown on the website for the United States of America are inclusive of VAT and customs duties. The goods will be delivered at no additional cost.

SHIPPING COSTS: € 29.

In order to make the delivery, the US Government Consumer Agency may request the Social Security Number (SSN).

REST OF THE WORLD:

SHIPPING COSTS: € 39.00.

Customers are informed that any customs duties and import taxes are charged to the customer. The relative amount is to be paid to the courier in the manner that will be indicated by the courier itself.

Shipment traceability

When the order is entrusted to the courier, customers receive an e-mail notification from BRT (Bartolini) and / or Nexive Services Srl which provide the order code.

To monitor the progress of the shipment, customers can visit the website https://vas.brt.it/vas/sped_numspe_par.htm and / or https://www.nexive.it and enter the code indicated in the e -mail in the appropriate area "Track Shipping".

Parcel delivery

Upon delivery of the goods, customers are asked to inspect the package carefully before signing to confirm receipt of the same. The packages of Nouvague Snc are carefully sealed with a Mupaji cardboard distributed by Nouvague.

If the customer receives a box that has been opened by the Customs or Courier for authorized external inspections, the package must be closed with a guarantee or control seal by the body.

If the package appears to have been tampered with or the cardboard not intact, the customer is asked to sign the receipt of the package with reserve or to refuse delivery of the same. In the event that there is evidence of tampering with the package, the customer is required to open a complaint with the local Bartolini and / or Nexive office and to promptly contact Nouvague Snc at the e-mail address info@nouvague.it.

In the event of a tampered parcel, if the customer does not sign the receipt with reservation, the delivery is considered automatically accepted and consequently any complaints will not be accepted and / or accepted.

Delivery failure

By placing an order, all customers establish a commercial relationship with Nouvague Snc and undertake to accept the delivery of the parcel relating to their order. If a package is not delivered to the customer's address for reasons attributable to his non-cooperation (incorrect / incomplete telephone number, incorrect / incomplete address, absent recipient) or if the customer refuses delivery, the package is returned to the sender Nouvague Snc in Italy paid by the customer. The costs charged to the customer include shipping costs and any customs duties. These charges will be deducted from the refund due.
