Returns and Refunds

For any reason, the customer can return the order, in whole or in part. Items can be returned for color change or refund within 14 days from the date of receiving the package. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were originally sent, packaged in an orderly manner and with the return sign still attached.

If customers wish to return the goods, they are requested to send an e-mail to info@nouvague.it and request the return of the item (s). The written request must contain the order number, the code of the item (s) to be returned and the reason for the return: refund or change of color.

After forwarding the aforementioned request to the aforementioned e-mail address, the customer will receive an e-mail with the instructions to be followed in order to make the return. Customers are asked to faithfully follow the instructions provided to them.

Customers can choose from the following compensation options:

Change color

Items can be changed for the same model in different colors, if available. Exchanges with different items are not accepted. The new article requested can be returned following the same procedure.

Reimbursement

In the event that the customer requests a refund of the returned order, the refund is made on the same day of receipt of the package and only following the quality control of the returned items.

For orders paid by credit card, the refunded amount will be visible on the next card statement. The processing time may vary depending on the credit card company, in any case it is about 20 working days.

The refund of orders made by bank transfer are returned to the original checking account within 48 hours of receiving the package.

Refunds are issued in the same currency as the original purchase. Any differences in the refunded amount are due to changes in the exchange rate and will not be refunded.

Return Terms and Conditions

Customers are requested to follow the official return policy of mupaji.com, indicated below:

Items can only be returned for the following reasons: refund and color change.

Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were originally sent, packaged in an orderly manner.

Returned items must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way.

The items must be returned with all the original labels, wrappers and other accessories received in the package.

In the event of defective or incorrect goods following an error made by Nouvague Snc, customers are asked to follow the instructions above. Customers are requested to provide photographic evidence proving the defect or error. In these cases, the shipping costs and any customs charges are borne by Nouvague Snc.

Returns must be sent in the packaging box originally used by Nouvague Snc, accompanied by a copy of the invoice.

 

Below are the shipping costs for the return expected for the following geographical areas:

Italy: € 10

European Union: € 20

Extra EU (rest of the world): € 30

Returns authorized by Nouvague Snc must be shipped from the same country where the order was originally shipped.

Authorized returns must be sent with the courier indicated by Nouvague Snc in the email containing the return instructions. Nouvague Snc reserves the right not to accept returns in the event that the customer entrusts the shipment to a courier other than that indicated and if the delivery involves additional costs for Nouvague Snc or requests collection from a courier branch.

Nouvague Snc reserves the right to refuse returns that have not been authorized or sent in accordance with the return policy. In these cases, Nouvague Snc can return the package to the sender at the original shipping address. In the event of acceptance of an unauthorized or non-compliant return, Nouvague Snc can retain 10% of the value of the goods returned from the refund due.
